How we agree the work

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or require payment. Alexandre reviews your request before accepting a mission.

A written scope first

Your written quote identifies the tasks, deliverables, price, relevant external costs, expected timing, follow-up and steps that remain with you. Work outside that scope is discussed and agreed before it begins.

Payment by bank transfer

Payment is arranged by bank transfer following a written quote and an invoice. The payment schedule and due dates are specified in the quote; the website does not take payments.

Timing and outcomes

Preparation starts under the conditions in the quote, when the necessary information is available. Decisions and processing times belong to the relevant organisations. You receive a record of completed and outstanding steps.

Consumer rights

If you contract from a distance, information about your applicable consumer rights, including withdrawal and any request to start work before the withdrawal period ends, will be provided before you commit. Your rights cannot be waived by sending this enquiry.
